Every Primitive Fervor piece is printed specifically for you after you order. This means better quality, less waste, and designs that actually mean something - but it also means a longer timeline than mass-produced fashion.

Production & Shipping Timeline:

• Production: 7-14 business days (your piece is being crafted)
• Shipping: 5-7 business days (transit time)
• Total: 2-3 weeks from order to doorstep

We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship:

Currently shipping within the United States. International shipping coming soon - join our email list to be notified when we expand.

Shipping Costs:

Calculated at checkout based on your location. We work to keep costs as low as possible while ensuring your piece arrives safely.

Order Tracking:

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder, just in case).

Delays:

While rare, production or shipping delays can happen. We'll keep you updated if your order is running behind schedule. Most delays are 2-3 days max.
