Each Primitive Fervor piece is made to order specifically for you, which means we can't accept returns on standard orders. This approach allows us to minimize waste and ensure quality - every piece is crafted with intention.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, fabric flaws, incorrect sizing)
  • Damaged items during shipping
  • Wrong item sent

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

We'll review and respond within 48 hours. Approved returns will receive a replacement or full refund.

Size Exchanges:

Not sure about sizing? We're here to help before you order - reach out with questions. Due to the made-to-order nature, we cannot exchange sizes on standard orders, but we're happy to offer a discount code toward your correct size if there's an issue.
